    Where is the knock sensor located? does an '88 have one?

    yeh its in the water jacket on the (in my engine {89} passenger side) Be prepared to lose a bit of coolant.

    kind of in front of the starter...yeah, definately dont take it out when the engine is hot. I did that /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
