I have to get a new fuel tank for the truck. I was looking for a larger capacity tank. The only one I can find is from J C Whitney. for 450.00 and it's 43 gallons. My local tank shop wants to sell me a 40 gallon from a burban. does anybody know if it will fit? or any other ideas?

you're right. I don't understand the jeep thing!

The 'Burb's 40g tank will not fit...it is 6" longer. The biggest stock tank is the 31g tank. The J.C Whitney 43g tank is very tall and it will kill some of your rear ground clearance.
