Everytime it rains, there is a constant drip near the parking brake pedal assembly. It's not the windsheild gasket. Could it be coming through the cowl somewhere?? Thanks

More than likely it is the windshield gasket. It gets in the top and there is a gap and the water sits in the bottom and you pobably have a rust hold under the rubber at the bottom. It is possible that you have a rust hole in the box area under the cowel but the windsheild frame is more likely. The area under the cowel has a slope and it runs the water off through the fenders. If it is in the box area under the cowel you should be able to put a trouble light in the box area and see light under the dash.

I had the same problem but on both sides . I took my dash pad out and underneath the winshield gasket you could see streaks down to the kick panels . Also the caulking on the gutters was gone that fixed another set of leaks .
