He guys, My '90 has a leaky transfer case. By just looking quickly at it, I'm pretty sure that its from both rear and front outputs. My question may be stupid, but I've never had a TC apart...so how do I put in new seals? Pull the driveshafts and then???

    K-5...Soccer moms inquire within.

Pull the driveshafts and use a big screwdriver and pry them out. then tap the new ones in only after you pre-lube them with some grease.
The rear seal is the easiest. If you have problems with it, you can take the tailshaft hosuing off. Only 4 bolts, then you can get at the seal from the back side and tap it out.
The front is not that bad, just a little harder to get to.

HELP! I'm under my truck and I can't reach my beer![IMG]
