I know all about those programs, but like the title of my post says. It HAS to be a legal service.

A buddy of mine uses napster. He said it was kinda cheap. Check into that. I think for most music its just a monthly fee

    Been using Yahoo Unlimited.
Fairly happy with it. Doesn't always have everything like one used to be
able to find on Napster. But it is worth 6 dollars a month or whatever it is

I have the yahoo one too. It's like 5-7 a month, I don't remember. You can listen to it on your pc and put it on an mp3 player, but to burn a cd you have to pay .80 a track. I never make cds so I like it.:wink1:

A buck for a song is a ripoff. Go to Yahoo and they've got some music thing where you can download as many as you want for $5 a month... THAT'S a deal...

Yahoo is more than just a monthly fee if you want to burn CD's. You have to Pay the monthly fee and .79-.99 cents a song. That a rip off to me...

Is there any place out there that has a low month fee with unlimited downloads that aren't an extra fee(like Yahoo)? Looks to me like the only way to get unlimited songs for one monthly fee is to download them to a MP3 player. If you do that, can you tranfer them from you player to your comp and then to a CD?

I've used Winamp/Kazalite before. Work good for a few CD's then came across a few songs that took up the whole CD with static. *shaking head* Just liek with any internet stuff, there is always some idiot out there that gets kicks out of sh!t like that.
