    Let\'s talk about axle shafts

What brand out there on the market is the strongest and best of all names and give their specs of each.

I'm asking because for some time now, I always believed Mosers had the best shafts until someone mentioned the D60 shafts being "soft" and therefore not strong as some other brands, such as Superiors.

I wanna hear about the aftermarket shafts for D60's and 14FF's. Spill the beans, guys!!! /forums/images/graemlins/ears.gif /forums/images/graemlins/ears.gif /forums/images/graemlins/ears.gif

Try the guys at ORD, they explained it to me and the superoir axles are made different to make them stronger, but call ORD they will give you the heads up. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

I'm not gonna call. I want anyone with the info to post it up here for everyone else to read. I want the juicy stuff...the vital info for each different shaft...what makes each stronger than the other, etc. /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif

Superior...not just because of the material but because they use rolled splines. Rolled splines is the best way to make splines (which on most shafts is the weakist part).
