    I threatened to call upon the wrath of CK5er's!!!!Hey I like my stickers ya know they add HP.../forums/images/icons/wink.gifI just get tweeked when someone pretends to do something for me.     Comments: Last year I purchased the RSX shocks for my truck and 2 of the 4
    stickers were ruined from being packed with the shock, I called and
    requested 2 more and was told it would be no problem and they would send
    them out to me, It never happened.Just last month I installed a lift on my
    truck and purchased a set of 9000's, only to find that 2 more of the
    stickers were ruined from being packed incorrectly and the other 2 were
    destroyed when the Fed X man dropped them in a pool of water. I once again
    called and explained my situation, asking instead now for 2 RSX stickers
    and 4 9000 stickers, I also asked if I should seek compensation from Fed X
    and was told no, that it would not be a problem. The engineer I spoke with
    asked for the mailing address and said he would send them out ASAP, that
    was 2 1/2 weeks ago. I realize that these are just stickers but I have
    spent over 400.00 on your product and I really dislike the way I've been
    made to believe that I was being teated correctly when I am NOT. I would
    like 2 RSX stickers and 4 9000 stickers please.I would rather inform my
    5000 freinds on Coloradok5.com that I am a satisfied customer and not an
    unhappy customer, the later may very well jam your E-mail account full of
    very unpleasent E-mails and lose you some business, over some seemingly
    insignificant stickers.....Unsatisfied customer....

    Not really my buisness but maybe you shouldn't use the CK5 name with out Steve's permision, espesially with a company like Rancho.

    Yeah I thought about that and wasn't trying to start anything, just trying to let them know I'd much rather tell my friends that I was getting good customer service. Point being if I posted how Rancho we're a bunch of A holes about something so stupid, I'd think atleast some of you would E-mail them with a complaint. Wasn't trying to tarnish the good name of CK5 and I plan on calling that guy and letting him know that I wasn't doing that and they should pack they're stickers with the instructions instead of the shock...
