I'm going to put an add-a-leaf in to the springs in the rear, but will just one on each pack work? I think it will, but I want to make sure before I go and pull my truck apart.

I'm sure you need to measure the "sag" or angle that the truck sits at now...a 1" add-a-leaf is going to give you 1". If the truck sags two inches, it will be better, but still not right. Measure from the body line to the ground.
