Hey all its this weekend So dont forget. So who all is going????
I was just thinking about this.
I'll be there along with my bro-in-law in his K5.
I got my t-case clocked this weekend, thanks largely in part to jiminycricket and his NP208 bench pressing skills. I think he ended up doing like 10 or 12 reps through the day.
I just need to paint up the new skid plate and do some CV grinding.
Has anyone else run this trail before? I'm wondering if we need to find a trail guide. Sounds like that place can get confusing.
Let's see the finished product. Oh that's right, today is your Nicky date day. Bet the 1st thing he did was run for the Diff.
I won't be there. Sat is my birthday, and hoefully Sunday I will be driving to Denver to pick up another 250 for the burro. Have fun yall, and take lots of pictures.
I am out. I got sent back to North Dakota on short notice (18hrs). I am going to be here for a week or two.
I would've liked to make it, but I am going to have my hands full with the 2 critters, and my wife's sick after her surgery today.
MrK5 what position did you clock your Tcase to? I installed my GLOR ring last weekend in the highest position and the stock shaft definately doesnt have enough slip in it. I had planned on fab'ing up a square one for now. Did you have any issues with your install?
I got mine from DIY4x. He only does 2 positions, and I just went to the first.
I was't ready to deal with all the mods required to go full clocked.
It raised the t-case 2". I only have 2.5" lift, so the only thing I did with the front driveshaft was grinding the stops.
Watch the Garage, I'm going to do a thread on it.
I think I'm going to have to skip this one also. got the detroit installed in the 14ff on Sat. & starting looking over the truck & found a lot of little things that are going to definitely going to break, especially if it was up on Carnage.
Tax refund just showed & may just say screw it and buy a front 60 & stop
procrastinating the inevitable
I won't be able to make it. Next time though.
