    Hi all,

I was just posting this to see if anyone knew where my brother might be able to find a lift kit for his 1989 Suburban? It's a 3/4 ton 2WD with the 454 motor. He would like about a 4" lift so he could fit 33s on it - nothing major, just to make it look better and still be able to tow like he does now with it. If anyone has any info I would greatly appreciate it!

    Thanks,

Fabtech has a budget kit which includes ball joint spacers, new coils etc. that will clear 33's. I'm sure the 3/4 ton wouldn't be too big a problem.....I believe the a-arms are the same size as a 1/2 ton. You could also poke in a spacer under the front coils....a 3/4" spacer got me right at 3" of lift. Of course you could always bolt on some nice prerunner fenders..... /forums/images/icons/grin.gif
