Is there a site on the internet that tells all the laws of lifted trucks in Canada?
I don't want to lift the Jimmy, then find out I can't legally drive it.
    Thanks

i have not hurd of anything
and i have seen a lot tall trucks around.

you have two options one call you local police station,(not 911 the local #)

two go to you local library and look up the canadian crimanal code, and see if something is mentioned.

you need to know one thing, dont drive your truck like an ass. if your trail hits the road drive on the sholder till your done flying mud off your truck. and keep your windows clean at least you windsheild. that is the only thing a cop had ever pulled me or my friends over for, not beoing able to see out too well.

i wouldent worry to much, your going for 44s with 12 inch lift right?

nope, I have new plans... I am going 5" lift with 37-40" tires.
If I don't have to worry about it I won't. I just don't want to get in trouble and get a $$$ ticket that I could have avoided.

Hey Steve go to BC4x4.com and check out the police forum. It's a forum where you can ask the cops whatever 4x4 related questions you have.:cool1:

I keep seeing this yellow toyota truck that is lifted a fair ammount with big wide tall tires on around town. The police must not be too strict here because his tires were sticking outside of this fenders quite a few inches.
I am still searching for the laws, I checked out BC4x4.com to see if I could ask the police members there, but for whatever reason i can't post.
    Anyways...the search continues...
