    I found this on a different site, It might have been posted before but i thought, everyone always ask's , so i'll post it!! Lift Laws

    3.307" is what I came up with... you have to multiply the track X width and divide that number by 2,200 /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif oh well... Oh and the number you come up with is not just for suspension, you can go up on your tire size the exact same amount. So a 3.3" lift and 34" tires would be AOK /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

    Look at the beginning of that document- it says 2 inches up or down is all that's legal. At least that's what all the inspection stations say before they tell me to take a hike.
    Try going to a place that does heavy truck inspections too, they seem to be more lenient.
