limit straps

    i need some suspension limit straps. i hear you guys talk about them but i have never seen them listed for sale, know of any good sources :dunno: thanks :D

    poly performance has them. Pretty much any local 4x4 shop should be able to get them for you too.

    my shocks are my limiting straps... once I figure all this out im gonna need them too :crazy:

    Im cheap so I went to Tractor Supply and found a axle strap for the huge cost of $6 bucks :D . Here is a pic of it.

    J/K I think rancho makes a limiting strap also.

    i dont think that is being driven... obviously no front shaft..and hart to tell if there is a rear one too.... betcha 53's or up are going under there... but then those axles :crazy:


    just realized that is at a show.... EWWWWWWWWWW :grin:

    Limit strap suppliers

    Most will make straps to any length that you want. Good ones are doubled up, some have adustable clevis ends to adust leng th. www.redart.com

    thanks for that pic. now i need to go throw up my food. that is just sick. if you need that much then get some 2.5 top loaders.

    i found mine o n ebay, they were brand new, once you win the auction you just email them the length. very good priced to. i just typed in "limiting strap" if i remember right it's a vw buggy shop out of Cali.

    Chain works good if you dont need a strap to absorb shock, but if you need to absorb shock like you would need if you were doin high speed stuff or jumping you will need straps.
