my passenger door sags real bad, the door rubs the frame when I close it. Is there any way I can shim it, or kind of ghetto it? I don't want to mess with getting new hinge pins and putting them in unless I really have to, becasue it sounds like something I would end up just giving up on, and ending up worse off than I already am[IMG]

My passenger door has shims on the bottom henge where it meets the door. I don't know who did it, it was just like it when I got my Blazer. Someone before me put on a pair of cheap, thin-skinned after market doors that still don't fit just right.

My drivers door was doing the same. I did a temp fix to get me by until the big tear down (Paint Job). I loosened the top 3 bolts a little and then loosed the bottom ones about 3/8". I then removed one bolt at a time and placed a thick washer between the hinge and door. Do other 2 bolts. Be carefull of the door moving in and out cause the holes in the hinge are a 3/4" square hole. Take your time!!!!
What helped mine the most was moving the striker in and up a little. You will need a T40 or was it a T45 torx bit.

This is not the proper way to do it according to my Chevy books but it was effective.

What year seats are them in your Blaze? Does the passenger seat come forward to access the rear?

    Good Luck...
