At least it's all low buck for ya.. :wink1:

Here's a rough outline I came up with a couple weeks ago to have done by the end of the summer... Shouldn't be an issue now that I'm making some coin again...

    1 - alum radiator $270

    2 - floor steel & seats $100 & $400 = $500

    3 - headers, y-pipe, hi-flow cat, muffler, install $450 & $350 =$800

4 - fender, wheelwell, sec. battery tray, $200
battery switch, bulkhead connectors, relays, circuit breakers, $150
composite for electronic box, rear side panels and custom fan shroud $120 =$470

    5 - flip, shackles $220, frt springs $250, frt shackles $75, brake lines $100 = $645

    6 - tires, rims $1200

    7 - 200 amp alternator $250

8 - 1 ton difs, Ebay potential, total = god only knows... :haha:

...... sealed composite underhood electric box config.....

battery switch, 2 relays and breakers for headlights,
    2 fan relays 1 breaker, 1 pos & 1 neg bulkhead connector
(future consideration - battery isolator & welding output...)

Luckily I hoarded most of the big parts I needed last summer when I was making good money... put it all together in the last 2-3 weeks once I found a place to start working on it. 3/4 ton axles, swap in a new motor without a snapped crank, swapped the 700R4/NP208 for a SM465/NP205, put my nearly new tires off my old 3/4 ton tow rig on it for now...

now I need to have front and rear drivelines shortened, hook up the wiring to the motor, install radiator and hoses, finish stripping interior and laying down some herculiner (but that may wait till after memorial day), install CB and CD changer. Install all the little misc parts...
