lockout transfer questions. . .help please!

    hey all. i am going to be swapping my front axle from a gm 10 bolt (stock) to a dana 44 soon and i want to keep the style of lockouts that i have. i want to transfer the dial in ones i have from the 10 bolt. only problem is i don't know how to do it. can somebody please help me with some knowledge and insight? thanks!

    Do you know what style is in the 44? It's real easy to get the dial ones out and back in, just a matter of 6 allen bolts, 2 snaprings and a little finesse. I've never pulled a set of auto ones so those might have minor differences, but probably not. If the 44 has flanges then it's real easy and pretty self explanatory. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
