I was looking in the first few pages of my summit catalog (september-october 2001) today and noticed a really nice looking automatic shifter. On page 12, lower left corner, there's a shifter that looks like it bolts to the trans somehow. It has a manual look to it. I was wondering if anyone's heard anything about this shifter. It's called the Lokar Nostalgia shifter, and looks like it's designed for a truck. I've been looking for something like this for a while. but it looks like it could be kinda flimsy if I ever wanted to take it on the trail..

I like the looks of it also but almost $200 seems pretty expensive. Why not just get a B&M truck megashifter for less?
