Funny thing is...his 'accent' sounds 'normal' to me, so maybe I've got a weird accent too ??!!!:doah:
Unfortunately he was just on his way out and I had a customer standing here waiting to pick his bike up so we cut it short a bit but I can see us enjoying a few beers when I get over there!:D

 Are you serious? When are you thinking about getting over there? I'm planning on making it up to his place in late August.

Well it won't be this year. My wife has had the thing about doing the Trans Siberian Railway for years , so this year we're doing that even though I hate trains, and couldn't wait to get out of Russia last time I was there! But it's her dream so I'm going with her. Trouble is that's going to cost something like £14,000 so any other holidays are out for this year!
Plan is to come to America, hire or buy a truck and do some of the National Parks and head up into Canada. But like i say, it won't be this year!:(

Well, when I've been in the U.S people have real trouble understanding me. Partly because I slur my speech a bit (too many bangs on the head!) and partly because of my accent.
Maybe Paul couldn't understand me either and was guessing what I was saying. !:haha: j/k!

Hey Southern speed did you mean 14,000 pounds or 1400. There's a lot of difference there in one zero....from $27688 to 2768. Just curious is all but it sounds like fun.

Unfortunately I meant 14 big ones, yep, 14 thousnds pounds, sterling! Just to ride a train through a third world country and get hassled by beggers at every stop pleading for dollars. Oh yes...they want DOLLARS!! go figure.
I'm going 'cause she's my wife, it's her dream and I love her. I hate the idea of this holiday!!!! Maybe I could hire motorcycle or 4x4 and follow the train? Hmmmm...now there's an idea!:D

thats how my breath sounded, and then I thought "Well I could join corey if I had to pay that much for a vacation".

Why so damm much, you could buy a small island in the carribean for that much. Okay really small but you get my point.

Good Lord Man! We are going on a 14 day Mexico cruise with a Verandah Suite and it only runs $5800 and odd expenses including airfare! Do they have you riding on a gold silk seat and eating caviar thrice daily then?

I think the extra expense is to pay for the armed mafia guards and the anti radiation pills/enviroment suits!
