Well, brothers, I know I haven't been around much lately. I've recieved LOTS of PMs from the Brotherhood wanting to know if everything's okay. Well, just so you all know, things are good...........

Kim and I started talking about buying a boat earlier this year. After A LOT of research and looking around, we finally settled on a used 1999 Sea Ray 190 Signature bow rider with only 64 hours on the clock. I took her for a test drive today and brought it home this evening.

So now you all know why I've been so preoccupied lately........

Holy Fock! Nice work! What motor/drive/prop combo? What were the "technical difficulties" you spoke of? Looks awesome and all three girls seem pretty happy. :D

I gotta ask, in the first pic did you hold the camera crooked so the boat and truck looked flat or is your house slanted? :rotfl:

By the way nice boat. :thumb:

Thanks guys!!! I'm pretty pumped. Speaking of pumped, the gas stations are gonna love me. The boat's got a 39 gallon tank, which only lasts about 8 hours...........:doah:

Tech issues? I've been having this issue with the pickup for a few years, but I've ignored it because up until now it's been the "farm truck" out at my property. Basically, from time to time the sucker runs warm and burps a bunch of coolant into the reservoir. When this happens the rad hoses get real hard and the coolant gets frothy. I've had to suction the coolant out of th reservoir back into the rad about 10 times in the last 2 years. I'm assuming it's water pump cavitation or a cracked head, but it only happens every so often...........? :dunno: :dunno:I'd like to sell the truck to mechanic, because otheriwse it runs awesome. The I could take the cash and pull some more out of the bank and fly down to CA and buy Cam's 1 ton.

The boat has a 240 HP 5.0 Mercruiser with an Alpha One 2nd Gen leg and a High Five prop. It has lots of jam, trust me. :woot:

You should 'store' it out here where it could be used year round...errr...I mean where the squirrels couldn't get to it.
