    There are actually 5 of them in that area. Its out of the way and they are not bothering anything. My 6 year old has been watching them with great interest so they get a reprive for now.

    I think he may find more fun watching you kill them 6 different ways, a good squish, maybe a blow torch, some wasp and hornet killer..... you can use your imagination!

    yeah, i tend to leave spiders alone... they do eat lots of other bugs. That said, if its anywhere near my kitchen its toast... before it climbs into my food. Also, if its near my bedroom its toast... cause I don't like the idea of spiders crawling on me while I sleep. I can just see the spider now... oh look at that cool little ear-hole... I can fit in there and I bet its safe! yuck!

    i was ridin in our airboat once and ran through a banna spider's web and had the spider on my face... yea that was fun :eek:
