Long hard days and nights to get them to look this good. But well worth it so far.
It's a D60 front and a 14bolt FF rear. As you can see, the 14bolt aint finished yet, but I'm getting a pair of calipers for it and currently working on the SS brake lines and the SS brake hose and stuff, then it'll be complete. I just thought I'd share...um, well BRAG!! [IMG]

Wow Boss! Lookin' nice!!![IMG]

My D60/14 are on the way. All I'll have to do is the rear discs, paint'em up pretty and bolt'em in after I change the shock mounts and spring pads in the rear!

Good Luck & keep the pics coming.

LOL!! [IMG]

Thanks for the compliments guys & gals.
tRusty,
I'm going with 16" wheels. I ordered 5 Steel Chrome wheels and 5 36x12.5x16" TSL Radial from Tyres1. Should be here in a month or so. I wish I could've went larger, but there wasn't really anything available larger for 16" wheels. I guess I'll have to wait. I didn't feel like grinding the calipers, after I grinded the hell out of both pumpkins for a little extra clearance. Also, all that grinding I did to the remove the spring perches on the 14bolt....the hell with grinding [IMG].
Anyhow, that's my story.

Looks pretty sweet! I'll bet you cant wait 'till it's complete, huh?

Rear Disc .... Oooohhhhhh (drooling) ...... I would like to convert my 14 bolt to disc, but I figure I should get 4.10 gears in the front first [IMG]

Good luck man!

Thomas.

I didn't want to grind either and I went with 38/13-16 TSL's on 16X10 steel wheels. Love that color scheme. What's inside them.

Lookin Good [IMG] Maybe this will give me some inspiration to finally go out, pull the 12-bolt and Dana 44 I got sitting in the shop yard, prep em, and rock and roll with 3.73s.

Those axles are real purty!! What gears are they? Lockers? Is that 2 Rockrods I see? [IMG] Depending on if I bash my cover, I might get one of those 4xdoctor gaurds. Here's how my 14 bolt looked when I put it in

And here's what the rear looked like after 1 trip!!! [IMG]

Good thing you got those pictures, the first time you take it off road they will never look that good again without a creeper and a toothbrush!! [IMG] [IMG] Make sure you get plenty of after pictures. That is one nice truck you have, mine will look similar after I paint it! See you at Paragon!!!

I'm with Rene grinding is cool! [IMG] [IMG]

Your going to love the durability of your driveline. I'm running the same setup. One note about the SS hard brake lines. They are not always as easy to seal as a standard steel line. If the brakes are squishy torque down the flare nuts a little tighter. Good luck.

Re: Look what\'s going under my truck!! :)

Thanks again fellas for the compliments.

Both axles have 4.56 gears in them. The rear has a Detroit in it.
Biggray71, good eyes man. Yep, that's two Rock Rods. One is the straight one (on the axle obviously) and the other is the bent one (for crossover), since I'm going to be doing that conversion while I'm doing all this. Yes, I agree, this is the last time they will look this good. After some driving and wheeling, all the touch up painting I'll be doing will be with Rustoleum Black. [IMG] Definately will see you at Paragon.

AZK5, I was thinking of going with 38x13x16" TSL, but since my truck is still a daily driver, I opted for the TSL Radial. I'm going to sipe em to make em better for the rain and stuff. I heard through the grape vine that Interco may come out with a 38.5x15x16" SSRs by the end of the year or so. That may be my next choice.

prjt blzr, Thanks for the tip brother. I will keep that in mine. I finally got the lines flared. Took it to a shop and had them do it with their machine. I tried the heating and then flaring method with my double flaring tool and no luck. I have the lines connected to the extended SS brake hose, right now too[IMG]. Thanks again for the tip.

tRusty, you'll get one one day brother. Then you'll be emailing me with smilies all over the place [IMG]. Take care brother. More pics will come with a full install write up.
