    Looking for a \'67-\'72 4X4 Pickup

I'm looking for a '67-'72 Chevy or GMC 4X4 Pickup, fleetside shortbed with auto trans. Doesn't have to be a showpiece, I'd prefer an unmodified original in overall decent shape. Any help appreciated!

Any reason you dont want a 67 or 68 since you are looking for pickup? Not that I have one but I will keep my eyes open for good deals for you.

I've had my eye on a 68 k-10 for sale in Mancos Colorado, 4spd, orange with white on the bottom,moldings,p.s.and p.b,short bed completely stock except for white spoke wheels and a tool box. It's strait and clean with no visible rust.I wish it was mine but with 2 blazers and 2 2wd trucks I just can't right now and the price is 5K firm, but from what I understand it is a very rare truck.

Do you maybe want a 71-72 for disc brakes? Don't have one but that would be something I would look fir! /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Yeah, I'd rather have the disc setup, but I'd be happy just to find a nice truck in general. I had an old 'burb with front drums a while back, had to plan the stops a little more carefully!

Steve, any chance of seeing some pics of that orange/white '68?

    Thanks,

    Pat

No problem on the pics.....Thanks anyway!
I'm gonna check out a truck here in the Detroit area this coming weekend, kind of beat, but plenty of potential. If I do a deal, I'll update the post.

    Thanks for the leads, everyone!
