How bout a Motorola Star Tac? I bought it thru Alltel and have changed services. Its 4 YO, but still works. I think I can even find the book for it.

Too old they wont hook up any phone that doesn't have GPS tracking (also known as 911 tracking)... I have an old ST that I gave my mom about 7 years ago in a box that isn't useable....
