Just lost 3rd and 4th last night, and its time for a new tranny. Ill be in Northern California for a month (San Jose) and Im trying to figure out where I can get a 2nd gen 700R4 for my '89. Im basically looking for a new/good used one for an even better price. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I've heard nothing but good things about them.

[/ QUOTE ] Do a search on the word craptor and check out the long post by tori89. He went through hell to get them to warranty out one of their transmissions that totally puked after just a few months.
