I am in the same situation with the repair thing. Motor is new tires are coming. Mufflers and being installed, and on top of that we are trying to get Dan's new scout up and running for the trip. Motor going in today.

It's a 78 Scout II, pretty much stock for now. We are going to spring over the rear, put 4inch springs on front with 33's and lock rites for the first trip to Moab and then see where we need to go from there. We are getting Kens old tires for it tomorrow.
