I have a 1988 Blazer that is stock except I have the add-a-leaf and 33's on it. I just bought the truck and believe the shocks are still the original ones. What do you guys think would be a good replacement for them. Not looking to spend a fortune either.

    Thanks for the help

What are you planning on using it for? How much money do you want to spend?

I will be using mine mostly for driving and minimal off-road. Not going rock climbing or jumping, maybe some small trails. Basically daily driving.

I know I can get $30 shocks, but what are some good ones for the money.

I have skyjacker nitro's and there not to much more then the hydro's or rancho 5000's or any others but they are nitrogen charged, so there always pushing out and that help keeps wheels on the ground(helps flex and I guess on fast turns) but they are a little stiffer. Also they wont fade Nearly as bad as regular shocks
