I posted this under Zakk's post about getting involved, but didn't get any answers. Thought I'd try making it a seperate topic. Can anyone give me some good, active clubs that are in Texas or include Texas. I checked out some of the others, but I'd like to be able to be active in my own back yard, not to mention make it to some meetings etc. I checked the Southern club that Grim gave, but Texas wasn't one of the states. I want to make a difference, but I also want to be able to attend get togethers, meetings, cleanups etc without driving for a week to get there. Thanks.

I'm looking to join a Texas club too... I'm in Iowa Park (North Texas near Oklahoma), where are you?

It's all fun and games until somebody gets knocked up, down, or out...

I live North of Houston, I checked the Conroe Chapter which is where I work and only about 25 miles from home, but their webpage is outdated. I tried to contact the pres, so I'll just have to see what happens. If it doesn't work out, I'll probably join the Houston chapter. Thanks for the info.
