Loose Weight?

    Anyone Have Any Quick Way To Drop Some Pounds. I Want To Lose About 10-20 Lbs. I Don't Have Time To Exercise Anymore. My Clothes Have Slowly Over Time Gotten Smaller And Smaller. So Now It Either Lose Some Weight Or Buy New Clothes.

    Well, Got The Toilet Unclogged And I'm Back About 5 Lbs Lighter. Guess If I Can Do That Again Tomorrow I'll Be In Good Shape.

    Cut the carbs. I knocked off about 15 pounds a while back in about a month. That's about as long as I could hack it. After you lose what you want, just keep the refined starches out(white bread, white rice, etc), and replace them with whole grains. That'll help you maintain.

    The biggest thing you can do is eat right. I was talking to a cardiologist about exercise and he said that if you were to run 10 miles everyday that would only contribute to about 15-20 percent of your total caloric burn your body will see in a 24 hour period. That means your body spends the most amount of energy on a daily basis just standing up, walking, breathing, sleeping, etc. The most important thing will be eating right, do some interenet research as to which foods will be most appropriate and I gurantee you will start seeing a weight loss effect. That 15-20 percent will most certainly make a difference but it is kind of eye opening to understand how important it is to eat healthy foods.
