I threw a new set of pads on the other side of my rig today. Afterwards I experenced a very noticible loss of pedal. I have lost no fluid and have no visible leaks. The only thing I can think happened was when I compressed the calipers I backflowed a chunk of crap back up to the master and trashed out the seals or wedged it in there...I'm going to bleed the system out tommorow. Any thoughts?

Take the lid off the resevoir and push em down like ur bleedin em...see if that helps. Probably sucked in an air bubble when the caliper piston came back out. More likely than gettin any crude in it when you depressed the piston....closed system.
