lower door panels

    Has anyone tossed the original door panels? Waht about adding some 6"x9"s I just noticed that my truck has speakers in the door I saw the vent thing but never though anything about it I dont think the speakers are working they look stock. But if you have any pics of custom lower door panels you have made id Like to see them thank Brian

    You talking about those slots on the bottom back corners of the doors? Those are for ventilation. I'd try putting them right behind the seats in the rear trim panels. The enviroment inside the door is kinda harsh compared to having them mounted somehwere inside.

    Well there are speakers in there now. But I was thinking about putting them behind the seats also.But if anyone has any custom door panles they have made Id like to see thmeas I need to replace mine as the Juneau weather has gotten to them.

    i had some custom door panels made by a local shop, look in the lin in my profile for some pics of them...hopefully the link still works.

    Check on the audio message board.
    There are alot of people in there that have custom fab.
