Making a tire carrier...

    Where can I get a tire mounting plate? or does anybody have an idea on how to fab one up?

    Thanks for the replies. I checked 4x4Iron, but there main page says they are moving to Texas and will not be accepting orders for 2-3 months. I am usually pretty patient, but not that patient. I got a lead on the Pirate site for one, unless someone here can make them...

    Hey DP...

    I'll be makin'a tire carrier next week some time...for my RIG.
    I'm workin'on the bumper right NOW!!!

    I'm using 1/4 plate 9"x9"...
    I'll trim and mider the corners..
    and I have a 8-lug wheel spacer...
    that I'm using to help locate the holes. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
