ok the spring perches are about 40" (give or take a 1/4") apart. (inside to inside) is that 1 ton or 3/4 ton? will i need new u-bolts and spring plates? i have a 14bsf right now, are the tubes the same diameter? will my rear brake line fit on this one or will i need a new one?

The tubes are not the same, but as the engineers say, They're "close enough" to use same ubolts and plates. Can't remember about perch measurements though.

If your spring perches are 40" center to center, you'll have to move them out to 42.5

[/ QUOTE ] they are 40" inside to inside didn't measure center to center, i should have. and i know the bolts stretch, i'm geting new ones anyway cuz i'll be doing my shackle flip when i do the swap so i'll need shorter ones.

If they're 40 inside to inside then you don't need to move them, since they are 2.5" wide so that comes out to 42.5 center to center.
