Wow it's been three years and the two Mars Rovers are still running. Now those are some kinda off roaders, I wish I could build something that tough. Some great photos of Mars at the Nasa website.

I didn't realize that they were still running. The pics that they sent back were definitely cool.

I wonder if they feel they're harassed for their tinted solar panels.

Man, I wish I did. I saw the end of it on the news the other day. They said that it looked like there were rivers and even waterfalls in one of the craters. The pics changed from day to day so they know it's active.

Yup, I heard that's where they filmed the moon landing.:wink1: I'm pretty sure that a 2 dimensional model of our solar system is what they have been working on recently.

seriously, the only truly disgusting piece of information this article imparts is that the US government spent like $300 million dollars to send a highly sophisticated spacecraft across 78 million kilometers to microwave a pound of dirt.

Nice vid, I tell you when we as humans decide to do something sometimes it can be amazing. All of the engineering and planning that had to go into this program. WOW!!!! And here I am, can't even count to ten in my head.

Everyone will change thier opinon when we find the mother load of oil up there. Or a huge deposit of gold. I don't think the Gov. would spend that much money without hopes to find something, other than knowledge, up there. Humans explore to find things we want or need, that's what pushes us.
