ya know the only down side to that place is there will still be snow on the ground and the river crossings will be really high and cold...that could make it bad...i would wait on that one till later in the summer when it all calms down up there

If you haven't run Deer Valley before it is a great trail. It's a tough 8 miles. The scenery is beautiful and the rocks are solid. The pass is closed at Bear Valley until Memorial Day weekend so you can't get up there until then. I wouldn't try to run it until mid June as the show is pretty thick up till then. I've never seen a full size go through there as some of the spots are pretty dang narrow but I'm positive it can and has been done. I would say if your running anything less than 35"s on a full size then you you can expect a dent or two. Also, a rear locker would be highly recommended. One of the most beautiful trails you will ever run.

BTW: I was the guy there on Sunday wearing the "Security" shirt. I figured I ate your food least I could do was register on the site /forums/images/icons/smile.gif.

As long as your Truck is I think you would have serious issues...it's pretty tight.

    Re: May trail run ???

Thanks for the invite. I'll get the run down from RockinK5 regaurding all the particulars (dues, runs, bylaws, etc.) and I'll let you know. I apreticiated the hospitality yesterday and I had a good time meeting everyone.

RockinK5 - Chop saw showed up today. Also, looks like I've got my back window problem fixed for $2.99 at Radio Shack. I'll know for sure tomorrow.
