I would have to say front full locker. I really like my front locker so far. I am only running a 10 bolt with a locker. I haven't wheeled it yet, but I have seen this axle wheeled before and D44's with lockers wheeled and they hold up ok. For the mud and sand it says you run in your profile front locker all the way.

That's a ridiculous question. THere are SO many factors that enter into this beyond "which is better". Tire size, axle type, terrain you wheel in, etc, etc...

i voted full lock. but you haevnr't given us any info on application. daily driver? terrain? lockers are what you want but i've got a limited-slip and it's sweet until you REALLY need it, then i wish i had a locker.

I went with a locker. There are drawbacks to a locker in the front, but they all go away when you really need it.
