Mechanical Roller Lifters For the 6.2?

    Does anyone know if anyone makes Mechanical Roller Lifters For the 6.2? I think that would be kinda cool.

    All GM diesels are roller lifers I think.

    1. Mechanical lifters prove benificial at high RPM (no pump up) - Diesel are anything but high RPM.

    2. Mechanical lifters require frequent adjustment - removing the valve covers requires the removal of the injector lines. Any adjustment would have to be done static (engine off).

    Sorry I can't see one good reason why to even try. Even "coolness" factor gets lost if it's buried in the motor. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
