My wife and I are going to the bank to get pre-approved after work today! Then we are going to check out the house we like! 3 bedroom, 1 ba, big ass new kitchen, new roof, new furnace, new siding, new 6' security fence, long driveway, 1.5 car garage with attached workshop, .25 acre. Man, this kicks ass. I can't wait to see what happens! Woohoo!

Have you ever bought a house before, brother? If you need any advice or questions answered get ahold of me- I've bought 3 places in the last 10 years...

    Congrats, BTW...... /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Well, we passed on that house. Loved the house, not too crazy about the neighborhood. I figure we can fix a house, but not neighbors, so we're gonna keep looking.

Canmore, this is our first house, if we need any help, I'll let ya know! How about $10,000? Can ya help us with that? /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif
