Does anybody know what they used? I was alway told they were Milemarker but Derf00 bought a set of axles and he thinks they look like Warn hubs. I have never compared them to Warn or Milemarker and was wondering if anybody knew.

    They used WARN.
I remember Shawn telling me that the Milemarker hubs for the D60 were slightly better than WARNs b/c they used all SS and steel everywhere, where as WARN used brass or something else, don't remember. I know there is an article somewhere on Off-road.com Shawn wrote up that explains it. Anyhow, your only option if you went to 35spline stubs is WARN.

I originally asked the question because I saw a new set of Warn hubs at a local parts store for a 60 and they looked identical to what is on the 60 I purchased. All the internal components are what appear to be "pot metal". The only difference was the amount of turn it took to engage the hubs and the new ones had chrome covers.

Warn uses a pot metal dial-it just looks like brass and an aluminum lock ring.
