Found this pic on the National Tire and Wheel site. It shows a new 21x49 Irok next to a 44" Bogger. Yikes /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif. The tires are available on 16.5, 17, and 20" rims. The 20" tires go for $540 a piece /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif.

I think I could fit those on my rig with just a little more fender trimming /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif

repost! /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif iroks are kinda neat. i hear they wear fast... but then they are a little cheaper than TSLs... lighter too. I might get a set of 39.5x13x15 iroks someday, they are $210/ea or so. Not bad.

    Ooops /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

I'd like to say that it's a picture of me with some of my new tires taken in my kitchen. Of course my wife would be in it smacking me upside the head for bringing my tires inside again. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif Actually, I have had everything from transfer cases, to carbs, to heads, scattered around the house. She's very understanding, to a point. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

    I'd like either the 39.5 x 13 x 16 IROKS or those huge ass 39" Michelins for a 16" rim.

I saw quite a few of the 49" IROK's at the Indy jamboree this past weekend, those pictures do not do the tires justice - they are ENORMOUS!! /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif

I saw them at bloomsburg and they are enormous, I no sooner spotted them than some guy came over with a clipboard and someone bought them.

them iroks r purdy bad azz. If I was gonna go for that size a tire though, I'd prolly rather have 49.5" (or 52) michelins.

thats what the burb in town here has on it...the tires not her /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif. He has 25" of lift or some ungadly number. I'd rather see her.

I saw that pic the other day too. I really wonder how much lift would be minimum for a tire that big. I think you'd NEED 10-12" of lift to get those things to fit.

How much of the body can you remove? I've got my fenders cut almost all the way back to the cab with 9" of lift and I bet I could run 44s, but those 49s are a full 5" taller. I guess moving the axle forward helps too.

They'd be pretty sweet on a cab truck with deuce axles. You could set the front axle about 6" forward so the tires would clear the cab and the diff. would clear the pan. Egads, the 6.72 gears would actually come in handy with those tires. You'd still be turning over 3200 rpm at 70 mph, not that I'd drive a cab truck any long distances at 70 mph though. I'd like to put a set of those on my 6x6 /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif, hmmm... over $3000 in tires alone, but it would still look better than the poser Durango. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
