I guess the links don't work quite the way I thought they would /forums/images/icons/confused.gif . Pics can be found easier by clicking my sig /forums/images/icons/smirk.gif .

Those are better pics than what Dan took of the set up. /forums/images/icons/wink.gif

    "easier to find"?
I have never had a parts store say 'no we dont have those' when asking for any brake parts

ouch! ruined a set of brackets
the other pics I saw the guy welded the tabs to the spindle -editknuckle- and that is what I was expecting to see here.
I could have used those caliper brackets for my rear disc project.
I really dont want to have to stoop to chev style calipers

the images were posted on P4x4 and I doubt I saved them as I have no interest in doing it.

You can sort of see an example the of tabs welded to the knuckle idea on www.wagonermachine.com . Look under HD knuckle in the catalog section. The also offer a bolt on bracket similar to what FWP did.

Small town Arizona doesn't have what I need about 50% of the time, is what I was refering to. I can get 1/2 ton stuff all day long, but the small shops here don't stock alot of the one ton stuff, including brake parts. ("I can order it for ya")
