I read that in Motor Trend. They are going to be the Chevy Trailblazer and the GMC Envoy. They will also have IRS (Independent Rear Suspension) so they can compete with rice burning crap like the honda crv. At least they aren't front wheel drive yet

The local dealer told me that next year will be the return of the full-size Jimmy! :) Never liked that S-series thing.

They still make the full size Jimmy, it's a 4 door and it's called the yukon. I don't think you will see another 2-door full sizer again for a long time. Ask that dealership where you can see some pics, I wouldn't believe it. [IMG]

Production was to be stopped in 2000/2001 for the 2-door Tahoe and Yukon. 1st it was no removable top, then the name change from Blazer to Tahoe, now no production. Fine with me, it just makes me like my K5 that much more. I can't/won't spend 30,000+ on a new full-size SUV!

    i hate the new crap!!!!!!!too expensive....i'll buy a 70's or 80's ...or 90..or 91 K5 for a few thousand and build it way before i'll pay those prices...even if i were rich...i'd still drive an old K5!
