For some reason I couldnt post in the below thread again about the same subject, so I will make it a new one.

I also had problems with a bent drag link bending more and more. Pain in the ass it was.

So, what do I need to do to modify the cross member? I have deided to not move the tie rod after taking a look at it last night. It has worked well where it is so, it can stay. But, I do need to know what to do with the cross member.

    Thanks
    Ken H.

check the pics on the bottom of our tech info page for what I did. It's basically a tube crossmember. it did become a pain installing the motor after the shock hoops went on with the coilover front, but you shouldn't have that problem. Mine fit with both the small block and the big block.
