check out this site, a lot of neat customs on there. course someone hacked into the system the other day and crashed a lot of the really neat ones that were stickies. They list a lot of the threads by make i.e. Jap, American, British, etc.

I'd love to have a bike, and while I don't think motorcycles are dangerous, all of the other idiots on the road do scare me a little. I work with 3 guys that have bikes and they tell me you'd be surprised at the number of times people pull right out in front of them, merge over on them, etc. Other drivers would scare the poo outta me.

yea, it's scarey. I've had several incidents where I could have been hit, but thankfully I saw ahead of time what they were doing and stopped or either rode the white line a few times. Now, if I'm beside or between a bunch of vehicles, I get the hell away from them even if it means running 80-85 mph to oput distance between us.

Like they say, ride like everyone's out to kill you.

but if you pay attention, it makes you a better driver in the long run. You pay more attention to the road, other drivers and especially other riders.

Did you take the motorcycle safety course yet?

I'm a firm believer in "Let those who ride decide" . I'll admitt too not wearing a helmet every time.
