Just a few shots of my new tank. Made from 1/8'' stainless. It holds 28 gallons. It has a five gallon sump below the floor level. I used a stock fuel injected sending unit. The lines and wires go through a tube in the tank so they are protected until they get below the bed. I also moved the fuel filter on top for easier access.

I'm thinking I'll have to got his route as well (though not stainless). Where did you get the "port" for the stock pickup to fit into? I was thinking of cutting the one out of my tank to use...

I cut the top out of an old tank as well for the sending unit.

I just finished my new wrap around bumper tonight. I have the old one spoken for, if that is what you are asking. Now that the fuel tank and associated crossmembers are out of the way, I routed the exhaust out through sleeves in the bumper.
