I know of a house for sell, but at 120k a year I do not think you would want to buy this house (near Brodway and Harry).

Well I have a 16 yr old son and I don't want to live in Wichita because of the schools. My dad lives just south of the Mulvane exit I might try around there, Haysville is a possibility I used to live there, and my sister is an assistant teacher in Maize might try there, but I'm going to stay out of Wichita city limit. Thanks though.

Are the schools that bad? I have been hearing that from people but I went to East and Grad in 95. it is not like we are talking about the KCMO schools. My inlaws live near 159th Eash and Kelloge.

Well that's what I'm hearing from both of my sisters, they graduated from Campus.

That's not the only reason, right now I live on 11 acres and anytime I won't I can get a little crazy in my K5 or 350X without leaving my property, so rural is nice.
