Ok, so not a big deal, but i'm excited. I'm from San Antonio Texas, and i'm actually moving to Houstong texas for work. I found out i have the job today, and i'm leaving first thing in the morning. I'm leaving my wife and son behind, which totally sucks, but its only temporary.

You poor bastard. I'm from TX and even I think that Houston sucks arse.

'Bout the only place worse is where I'm from, the Rio Grande Valley. The only thing close to a saving grace is Padre Island: the wilted flower in the assh*le of Texas.

I actually grew up in Harlingen. So, i've been to most of the armpits of texas. Fortunately there are some pretty good paying jobs in Houston, and i'm not moving there for good.

Congrats on gettin back to Tejas but too bad its H-town. I'd rather live in the valley than H-town but its still better than Washington state. Bummer about the wife and kid though, getum here asap! There's no where in the world I'd rather be than College Station, but Corpus Christi/Kingsville/Port Aransas are a close second!

i think we will end up in san antonio. My wife hates houston, although i don't mind it, and my parents are in Boerne.

I actually got here last night. Took me 28 hours, and i made it in 2 days. I was tired by the time i got here, but glad to be back in texas.
