Does anybody use Mozilla's Thunder Bird email program. I just saw it and was curious if it's worth dealing with.

I liked it, but my internet is with yahoo / sbc dsl, and the thunderbird didn't get along too well with it.. I'm using the yahoo mail beta now, with firefox as my browser..

I use it, and love it! Esspecially the automatic junkmail system! works very slick, and has only ever once grabbed an email that it shouldn't have...

Yup, no problems with it except that FF 2.0 does not integrate with it like previous editions, but that's no problem though.

best part about firefox and thunderbird is that you can get a program called

mozback (search) and it stores your profiles for each program into a file so all your favorites are saves, and all your email contacts are also saved in case your system crashes or you reinstall windows

Its all I use and I used to be a hardcore MSOutlook power user. I am still a little behind the curve on TBird but I am learning about all the addon's and such that make it really rock. I also only surf with Firefox... IE can kiss my arse...

They have an add-on that fixes FF 2.0 so that it now has an email icon in the toolbar.
