Anybody know how to get in touch with these guys? I really need to ask some questions about suspension "stuff". I would appreciate any info.

I already did a search and I know Mike's AIM name but I need an email address or something.

If you guys see this drop me a line at rebel88@budweiser.com.

    Thanks

    hey there pete...how ya been?

well im about to start tearing out the back of my 88 and either doing some 56s or going 1/4 ellip. i know the 56s are tried and true but id rather go with the 1/4 ellip just because of the massive amount of travel i can achieve with it. the rear steer problem and uncontrollability of the droop is kind of bothering me though. just thought josh or mike might be able to shed some more light on the subject.

    any input?

    I think seperate.:D

I personally would stray from the 1/4 eliptical setup, be a lot easier to go coilover or just coils. Look in the Center of Gravity section here on CK5, BadDog did an awesome job on his 4 link setup with coils. You should be able to copy his design almost to the T. Download the 4 link calculator too, it will help shed some light on getting the links right so you do not end up with the rear steer that Josh did.

    Ahh...here's the link.

hey thanks pete...yeah but i kinda want that wow factor...ive been working on a 1/4 ellip setup with two sets of triangulated links that i "think" would reduce the rear steer setup but i wanted to ask a few questions...

plus coilovers are still a bit pricey for my blood. with the kind of money they cost i could buy another potential trail truck
