    MPG loss 31\" to 33\"

Stock blazer 6.2L going to put a j-code intake once I catch up on some bills. How much should I except to lose in MPG if I put 33" on? Or should I just get 31", since I dont plan on off-roading all that to much, but 33" look a lot better?

It looks like you need to fill in your profile a little more, brother....

Lets start with this- What gears do you have?

Without knowing what setup you have I am assuming stock everything.
If you move up to 33" you shouldn't loose MPG, you might even gain some. Your off road ability will decrease though.
And if you have the early 700r4 (82-86) then you should be carefull with the shifting don't leave it in OD and it's even better if you put a trans cooler.
The diesel have the torque down low on the RPM's so you don't use much fuel to make it run.

Everything stock except a trans cooler, and maybe a shift kit from last owner. After talking to my brother since its an everyday driver just going to put 31" on it since 33" just going to be more wear and tear, since I wont be on the trails to much.
