I noticed yesterday that I couldn't post, I'm blue and my title is newbie. I renewed about 4 months ago.
    What's up with that?

My records do show that your Membership expires on Sept 1 2003, not saying I couldn't mess up some how, do you have the email conformation that was sent? If not I will look through my records again for you.

I do have the e-mail conformation but my puter is still f'ed up and I will have to wait till sat when I get to work to access my e-mail. So far CK5 and a couple of other sites are the only ones I can get onto at home.

I did find your email conformation from 11/27/02, I keep a hard copy of all sales transactions for this very reason, my fault, I must have activated your renewal without updating my database, anyway your all set up and sorry for the trouble. I can't wait until everybody is in the new system, users will be able to login and check their date at any time. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

I know I renewed on September 18th 2002 last year, and it cut me off this September 2nd. I think you might have others who got cut off early too... doh! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Actually MOST people in the old system were getting close to 13 months because I would activate them right away but not update them in the database until a few weeks later or in POWERMADS case not at all. /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif Hey, I'm good but not perfect.
The new system "My Membership" is real nice because it sends you an email with password etc. and a place to check your expire date at any time (in case you misplaced said email) and it also sends you a reminder 30 days out (annual Memberships) to remind you. The last Member in the old system expires May 28 2004, after that everyone will be in the new system and that will make my life a lot easier. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Ah ok, I don't remember back then. I had no issue with renewing it even it was early, which it probably wasn't. I won the steering and the membership thing, which was awesome. However I am poor now with the renew. I think I gonna have to pick up cans to make up for that $25... (my payroll at work needs to be beaten) /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
